We had spent 2 years solid looking for a house. Every Saturday spent viewing properties, every day, checking online ads. We had been recommended Shane and his team a year earlier, but thought we could go it alone … turns out, we ran out of patience & time.
Not totally convinced, we arranged to meet Shane for a coffee. After a very amicable and light hearted meeting, during which we gave Shane our ‘impossible’ criteria for our forever home, we left feeling somewhat hopeful while still sceptical. A week later, we viewed a house, bid on it, but, thankfully, it was not meant to be. Two weeks after that, we viewed, bid on and went sale agreed on a house over a 36hr period … a house we had previously seen online, but didn’t dare to bid on … Shane gave us the confidence to steer us towards our dream home and a year later, we are happier in it than we ever dreamed.
